Secondary Programs

- Tutoring: WACE Drama Practical Examinations
Whether it's the Original Solo Performance (OSP), the Monologue, the Improvisation or the Interview, our proprietor Scott Robertson is very experienced at guiding students through this challenging aspect of the upper school Drama courses at both Stage 2 and Stage 3 levels. He has been one of the official examiners since 2005 and has had ex-students successfully audition for WAAPA and VCA acting courses straight out of high school. A keen playwright, Scott is well known for his humorous but genuinely honest appraisals of OSPs and he offers private tutoring to worried students who would like second opinions, advice and extra feedback about how they might go in examination conditions.

Scott charges $70 per hour for a full analysis of your examination performance in your own home. As a special deal he can work with two Drama students at one home for $100 per hour. Phone Scott on 0422 548 513 or leave an email for more information and available times.

- Teacher Services: WACE Drama
As an experienced Drama teacher and WACE examiner of Stage 2 and Stage 3 Drama, Scott is available to come in to schools to co-mark, moderate and mentor new teachers running upper school or lower school programs. He can also come in to speak to whole classes about practical examination technique and common pitfalls to avoid. Phone Scott on 0422 548 513 or leave an email for more information.

- Teacher Services: Production Help
Scott has directed eight whole school productions in his 13 years of teaching, plus organised countless smaller year level and class productions. All of this was carried out at schools with not much in the way of resources or other Drama teachers on staff. Over this journey he has learned many tips and has made many contacts inside the professional Perth scene. He can offer a variety of services to teachers who are "under the pump" and having to balance a full teaching load with being new to the stresses of production management. Phone Scott on 0422 548 513 or leave an email for more information about how he can help.

NOTE: For only the extra costs involved with travel, Scott is very happy to help teachers and students outside the metropolitan area.
